Sea fish are very important because these fish meet our protein and fat needs. It contains omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids. These unsaturated fatty acids are essential to our daily diet.
It is very important for people suffering from heart and neurological diseases to eat oily marine fish at least two days a week. Marine fish also contain vitamin B1, vitamin B3, biotin, B12, vitamin A, and vitamin D. Omega-3 helps in the formation of our joints.
Marine fish helps prevent night blindness in growing children. Fatty marine fish oil is used to treat various skin conditions. Even marine fish make a significant contribution to increasing our immunity and relieving mental fatigue.
Eating sea fish at least once a week for pregnant mothers can ensure the proper growth of the unborn child’s brain. The oily intestines of this marine fish suppress the harmful cholesterol by increasing the good cholesterol in the blood.
Sea fish helps people in their sixties to improve their memory. It can also prevent Alzheimer's disease.
