Vietnam`s coffee exports fall 9% during corona

In addition to the slowdown in exports, Vietnam's income from coffee exports in the outgoing year has also declined. According to the report, Vietnam's coffee exports in 2020 stood at ৭ 2.7 billion, down 6.2 percent from the previous year.
Vietnam is mainly known for the production of Robusta coffee. Due to the good quality, there is a huge demand for Robusta coffee produced in Vietnam in the international market. Industry insiders said that due to the Corona epidemic and lockdown, import-export activities have come to a standstill, leading to a slowdown in coffee exports from Vietnam in 2020. At the same time, due to the long period of office-court closures around the world due to Corona, the demand for coffee has also decreased due to running home offices. This has affected Vietnam's coffee exports.
